Toshiba 9800M GTX High End Gaming Laptop

The Toshiba Qosmio WXW/79GW gaming laptop comes jam packed with the Intel Core 2 Duo processor with 2GB of DDR3 memory. The laptop also comes with a 64GB SSD drive with a 160GB 7200 SATA hard drive. Other features include a 17 inch WSXGA+ (1,680×1,050), IGB of GeForce 9800M GTX graphics card, a 1.3MP camera, 4 in 1 card reader, HDMI out, USB, Firewire, WLAN, and a DVD super drive. What makes this gaming monster cool is that it comes with a flame design skin. The Toshiba 9800M GTX High End Gaming Laptop will be released in Japan next month with the SSD model selling for 348,000 Yen ($ 3500).

Bamboo-Case Green Laptop From ASUS

Here comes laptop that is not just looking green from the outside, but also on the inside and more, introducing Bamboo Series Notebook from ASUS. The company claims throughout every phase of the laptop’s life – from its conception, production and use to its eventual recycling and disposal, the bamboo-clad laptop is truly green. In developing the laptop, the company enforced its management to utilize tools that strictly adhered to the green principles. The Bamboo Series will come in both 12.1- and 11.1-inch variants, weighing 1.57kg and 1.25kg, respectively. Both will feature Intel Core 2 Duo processors, DDR2 RAM, and LED-backlit displays, with minor hardware differences for each. Toshiba Qosmio G35-AV660

This is an HD DVD capable laptop. With 2.0 GHz Core 2 Duo, 2GB RAM, 240GB RAID 0 HDD and Nvidia GeForce Go 7600, it is a nice computer other than being a good HD DVD player with 17 inch 1920×1200 display. At a price of $3500 it will serve as a good entertainment laptop.

Toshiba dynabook Satellite TXW/69DW Laptop

The Toshiba dynabook Satellite TXW/69DW laptop comes loaded with an AMD ATI Mobility Radeon HD2600 and a 15.4 inch LCD with a WXGA resolution. The desktop replacement also features a Core 2 Duo CPU T7500 processor, 120GB of hard disk drive, and a DVD Multi. The Toshiba dynabook Satellite TXW/69DW is now available only in Japan for around $1600.

Zombu Offers Cheap Laptop Priced At $280

Zonbu offers a new cheap laptop that only costs $280 and is made by Everest. The desktop replacement features a 1.5Ghz processor, 512MB of RAM, a 15.4-inch WXGA display screen with a resolution of 1440×900, and a Dual Layer DVD recorder.

LG E300-AP75KA Notebook With Hybrid HDD

LG will release the LG E300-AP75KA in Korea. Weighing at 1.3kg, the laptop is powered by a 2.2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T7500 processor with a 13.3 inch WXGA Fine Bright LCD, 2GB of RAM, 160GB of Hybrid hard disk drive with 256MB of flash memory, a DVD Multi Recorder, a 1.3MP webcam, a HDMI output, Wi-fi, and an ATI Radeon X1250 (shared memory). The laptop retails for around $1750.

Sony New VAIO AR600 Series Laptops

Sony has a new line of Vaio AR series laptops with options for Blu-ray and CableCard. The $1,700 VAIO AR630E offers the Blu-ray drive alone, while the $2,400 VAIO AR660U features the CablecCard, and the $3,300 VAIO AR690U does both. These new laptops are also powered by Intel Core 2 Duo T7250 or T7500 processors, and Vista Home or Ultimate. Other features include a 1.3MP webcam, 1440 x 900 or 1920 x 1200 17-inch display, 8400M GT and 8600M GT NVIDIA video graphic, dual 160GB SATA HDDs and HDMI out. These new VAIO laptops will be released in October 2007.
